Technology

VectorSTAR® is a vector-relational database–a fully relational database built on top of a truly multidimensional data engine. This is in contrast to the older approach of “multidimensional cubes”, which were in fact multidimensional data engines built on top of a relational (or some other kind of) database.

  • create and query huge star and snowflake schemas with ease and speed.
  • create and manipulate ("slice and dice") unlimited size multidimensional cubes, both persistent and transient.
