1. Run the installation program:
      VSTAR-2.1-RCX.YY-win32.exe (e.g. VSTAR-2.1-RC1.50-win32.exe)
      X.YY is the VectorStar Release Candidate version to download
   wait for the program to finish
   

2. Set the license key in order to activate your product.
You can do this in two ways:
a) Create or edit C:\n\n32\ini\lickey.txt with a text editor, then write your license key and save the file.
b) Run "C:\n\n32\bin\cmd\vui.bat" to start VUI, then enter your license key in the dialog box that appears.

3. Add the following to your PATH environment variable if you will try the JAVA connector:
C:\n\n32\bin\sys\java

4. Activate the .NET connector if you will try the VB.NET GUI generator
Run "C:\n\j32\bin\jreg.bat"

make sure the NGLPATH environment variable is set:
Run echo %NGLPATH%, if C:\n\n32 is not displayed, add NGLPATH=C:\n\n32 to your environment variables.
