Needed when the GUI_LANGUAGE option is set to VB_NET. The .NET Framework 2 Visual Basic Compiler must be installed, i.e.:

%SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Vbc.exe

VectorStar's automatic GUI generator produces Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 VB projects, which can be opened/modified with the following programs:

•	Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
•	Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition
•	Microsoft Visual Studio 2008
•	Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition
